Qualifications
- Minimum six months of direct UAE real estate experience; Abu Dhabi experience is strongly preferred.
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, customer service, and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to contribute to a team.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Candidates should stay informed about market trends, developments, and property inventory.
- A proactive approach to building a referral-based client pipeline is required.
- Area specialization and multilingual capabilities can distinguish candidates.
Role Description
- Build relationships with high-net-worth clients and leading developers.
- Guide buyers and investors through luxury residential transactions.
- Use market intelligence to advise clients on high-yield offerings and developments.
- Generate leads and maximize referral pipelines.
