Qualifications
- Minimum six months of UAE real estate industry experience, preferably in Abu Dhabi, with strong market knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, customer service, and presentation skills.
- Motivated to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Area specialization and multilingual skills can distinguish candidates.
Role Description
- Establish relationships with high-value customers and real estate developers to generate sales.
- Guide customers through the luxury home-buying process.
- Monitor market trends, new developments, and property offerings.
- Provide accurate client information using market intelligence.
- Generate referrals and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets.
