Qualifications
- At least six months of UAE real estate industry experience, preferably in Abu Dhabi, is required.
- Strong knowledge of the market is required.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, customer service, and presentation skills are required.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
- Area specialization and multilingual skills would be advantageous.
Role Description
- Build business relationships with high-value customers and real estate developers to generate sales.
- Guide customers through the luxury home-buying process and help them find suitable properties.
- Track market trends, new developments, and property offerings.
- Use market intelligence to provide accurate and relevant customer information.
- Seek referrals from satisfied clients to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with the team to meet individual and team sales targets.
