Qualifications
- At least six months of UAE real estate industry experience, preferably in Abu Dhabi, with strong market knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, customer service, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Ability to stay updated on market trends, developments, and property offerings.
- Specific-area specialization and multilingual skills would be advantageous.
Role Description
- Establish relationships with high-value customers and real estate developers to generate sales.
- Guide customers through luxury home purchases and help them find suitable properties.
- Use market intelligence to provide accurate and relevant client information.
- Seek referrals from satisfied clients to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
