Property consultant role focused on luxury-segment real estate sales in the UAE.
The role involves serving home buyers, building relationships with developers, and expanding the customer base.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with high-value customers and real estate developers to generate sales.
- Guide customers through the home-buying process and help them identify suitable properties.
- Monitor market trends, new developments, and property offerings.
- Provide accurate customer information using market intelligence.
- Generate referrals and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of UAE real estate experience is required.
- Strong UAE market knowledge, communication, negotiation, customer service, and presentation skills are required.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Candidates must be able to work independently and in a team.
- Area specialization and multilingual skills are advantageous.
