Qualifications
- At least six months of UAE real estate experience, preferably in Abu Dhabi, is required.
- Candidates need strong market knowledge and interpersonal, negotiation, customer service, and presentation skills.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Area specialization and multilingual skills are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with high-value customers and real estate developers to generate sales.
- Guide customers through luxury home purchases and provide property advice.
- Monitor market trends, new developments, and available property offerings.
- Use market intelligence to provide accurate information to customers.
- Seek referrals from satisfied clients and collaborate toward sales targets.
