Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in the UAE real estate industry, preferably in Abu Dhabi, with strong market knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, customer service, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Specialization in a specific area and multilingual skills can help distinguish candidates.
Role responsibilities
- Build business relationships with high-value customers and real estate developers to generate sales.
- Guide customers through the home-buying process and help them find suitable luxury properties.
- Monitor market trends, new developments, and property offerings.
- Provide clients with accurate information using market intelligence.
- Seek referrals from satisfied clients and collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.
