We’re Hiring: Female Real Estate Agent
M N R Real Estate L.L.C. is looking for a confident and motivated **Real Estate Agent** to join our Dubai sales team.
This role is suitable for candidates with Dubai real estate experience who can manage clients professionally, handle follow-ups, arrange viewings, and support deal closures.
Salary:** AED 3,000 + Commission
**Experience:** Minimum 1 year Dubai real estate experience
**Joining:** Immediate joiners preferred
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as a real estate agent in Dubai
- Good knowledge of Dubai communities and property market
- Experience in off-plan, secondary, or leasing preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident in handling client calls, viewings, and follow-ups
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Must be based in Dubai
Responsibilities
- Handle buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant inquiries
- Follow up with leads and manage client requirements
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Promote available properties online and offline
- Coordinate with clients, developers, landlords, and internal teams
- Maintain proper records of leads, viewings, and client updates
- Support the team in closing sales and rental transactions
