Role Description
- This is a full time hybrid role for a Property Consultant based in Dubai, with a mix of on site client meetings and some work from home flexibility.
- Handle day to day activities such as sourcing and listing properties, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on suitable options.
- Responsibilities include negotiating offers, preparing documentation, coordinating with developers, landlords, and buyers, and ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations.
- Build and maintain a client portfolio, conduct market research, and provide timely updates on market trends and new project launches.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service, meet sales targets, and represent the brand professionally.
