- Previous experience in document control or administrative support, ideally within project based environments
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, information management, or related field
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting and maintain confidentiality

Role Description
- The Document Controller will manage and organize project related and operational documents to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company standards.
- This part time hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a mix of on site work and some work from home flexibility.
Daily Tasks
- Receiving, reviewing, and logging incoming documents
- Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
- Ensuring proper version control and document traceability
- Coordinating with project teams to distribute updated documents
- Tracking approvals and archiving records in line with company policies
- Supporting audits, preparing document status reports, and communicating clearly with stakeholders to resolve documentation issues
