We are currently looking for a professional, proactive, and highly organized

Personal Assistant To Ceo And Office Manager

to join our team full-time, on-site in Dubai.

This role is ideal for someone who has previous experience supporting senior management, can handle executive-level responsibilities with professionalism and confidentiality, and is able to manage daily office operations efficiently in a dynamic business environment.

The Office Manager/PA to the CEO will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, supporting management and staff, and ensuring the smooth flow of administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing direct executive support to the CEO on daily business and administrative matters
  • Managing the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, reminders, and travel arrangements
  • Handling emails, correspondence, calls, and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO
  • Coordinating with suppliers, service providers, clients, landlords, and external parties
  • Monitoring office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow and organization
  • Managing office documents, confidential files, contracts, and administrative records both digital and physical
  • Assisting with HR and administrative coordination, including employee documentation and office requirements
  • Following up on renewals, utilities, payments, government-related requirements, and operational deadlines
  • Preparing reports, letters, meeting arrangements, and business correspondence
  • Supporting management with task coordination, scheduling, and operational follow-ups
  • Handling urgent requests and multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced executive environment
  • Maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and strong attention to detail at all times

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience as an Office Manager or PA
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Can join immediately
