Job Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Consultant – Off Plan to join our growing team.
  • You will leverage your expertise in Dubai’s off plan market to guide clients through every stage of purchasing new developments.
  • You will be responsible for lead generation, market research, and sales strategy implementation while ensuring superior client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional advice to clients regarding off plan projects, investment opportunities, market trends, financing options, and developer credibility.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective closing techniques and strong client engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and potential buyers through proactive networking, referrals, and participation in property exhibitions.
  • Conduct comparative market analysis and stay up to date with new developments, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities in the Dubai real estate market.
  • Handle negotiations between clients and developers to secure optimal terms and ensure transparent, compliant transactions.
  • Maintain long term client relationships through personalized follow up, continuous support, and exceptional after sales service.
  • Work closely with the marketing, CRM, and management teams to align sales strategies and ensure smooth client onboarding.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in off plan real estate sales within the UAE market.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of Dubai’s off plan property market, developers, and investment trends.
  • Familiarity with RERA regulations and legal procedures in property transactions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and social media for professional branding and lead generation.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, etc.) are an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Self driven, organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
