Role Overview
Al Mira Real Estate is expanding its Dubai branch and seeking ambitious, driven individuals for Property Consultant roles.
The opportunity is open to experienced Dubai brokers and sales professionals building a career in real estate.
Requirements
- Fluent English is required; Chinese, French, Spanish, or Russian are advantageous.
- Candidates need at least 6 months of UAE real estate experience or proven sales experience.
- A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Good computer skills, including Excel and CRM use, are required.
- Candidates should be willing to work with fresh company leads and demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, ambition, proactivity, and target focus.
Company Provided
- The company provides fresh leads, a SIM card, laptop, phone, in-house CRM, training, and team support.
- After the probation period, the company provides Emirates ID and an RERA card.
- Additional support includes premium property listings, videography, social media marketing, telesales, administration, and content creation.
Compensation
- The package may include salary support plus commission or a fully commission-only arrangement.
Workplace
- The Dubai branch is located at Business Bay, Tamani Arts Building.
- Office hours are flexible by agreement with managers.

- Work with fresh company leads to develop real estate opportunities.
- Conduct property sales activities and pursue customer opportunities.
- Use the company CRM and computer tools to manage sales work.

- Work with the Dubai branch team and support agreed sales targets.
