Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through calls, chat, and social media platforms.
- Assign leads to the Sales and Leasing teams.
- Follow up with customers, conduct surveys, and qualify leads.
- Accurately enter and manage customer data in the CRM system.
- Monitor CRM updates from Sales and Leasing agents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Conduct random or scheduled quality checks on agent-client calls and other communications.
- Assess communication professionalism, tone, sales effectiveness, and adherence to scripts or guidelines.
- Review lead handling processes, including discarded leads, to ensure opportunities are correctly managed and assigned.
- Oversee Google reviews and other feedback platforms, and track client complaints through resolution.
- Generate quality assurance reports covering performance trends, compliance gaps, and client feedback patterns.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to management for process improvement, operational efficiency, and training needs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
