  • We are seeking a knowledgeable, client focused, and results driven Property Consultant – Abu Dhabi Market Specialist to represent top communities, guide investors, and deliver expert advisory tailored to the UAE capital’s unique market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage property inquiries and conduct professional viewings across Abu Dhabi.
  • Represent ready and off plan properties in key communities such as Yas Island, Saadiyat Island, Al Reem Island, Al Raha Beach, and emerging investment zones.
  • Build and maintain a strong portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
  • Deliver tailored consultations on pricing, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and market trends.
  • Provide community specific insights including lifestyle, amenities, infrastructure, and future development plans.
  • Negotiate offers and close transactions with accuracy, professionalism, and market expertise.
  • Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes.
  • Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with strong local knowledge and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or advisory roles.
  • Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s residential and investment market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • High level of motivation, discipline, and target driven mindset.
  • Ability to build trust and long term client relationships.
  • Professional appearance and strong business acumen.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, etc.) are an advantage.
