- Monitor listing performance and make necessary improvements
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated from listings
- Support the sales team in closing transactions
- Stay updated with Abu Dhabi real estate market trends and regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market
- Fluent Arabic and English
- Strong knowledge of Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and CRM systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven track record of closing real estate deals (preferred)

Job Overview
- Unique Homes Worldwide Properties is seeking a motivated and experienced Listing Agent to join our growing real estate team in Abu Dhabi.
- The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market and be proficient in property listing platforms and CRM systems.
Requirements
- Male or Female.
- Arabic Speaker (Fluent Arabic and English preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
- Strong knowledge of Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and CRM systems.
- Experience creating, managing, and optimizing property listings.
- Ability to coordinate with property owners and real estate consultants.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of successfully closing real estate deals is a plus.
Responsibilities

Pay
- AED 3,000 AED 4,500 per month
