Property Advisor

.

This role will spearhead investor relations and property sales specifically targeted at a growing Mediterranean and specialized Middle Eastern investor corridor.

This mandate is ideal for a professional who understands the unique investment behavior, cultural nuances, and financial preferences of high-net-worth investors from this specific economic hub.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build strong rapport and reach out to potential buyers & brokers in the market.
  • Prospect for real estate business with a strong willingness to succeed.
  • Respond in a timely manner to all transactions.
  • Demonstrate the ability to self-grow and self-manage.
  • Develop buyers by meeting potential leads in community activities, greeting drop-ins, placing advertisements, and responding to inquiries.
  • Close sales by understanding buyers’ requirements, matching requirements to listings, showing properties, demonstrating benefits, relaying offers, and suggesting alterations.
  • Update job knowledge by studying existing & new projects, visiting properties, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional and community organizations.
  • Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
  • Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork and develop networks.
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
  • Source potential investors and establish/maintain good working relationships.
  • Assemble detailed property portfolios and present them to clients.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in off-plan sales with High-end Developers or Brokerage agencies.
  • Deep cultural and business ties to the targeted demographic, with a strong grasp of their specific real estate investment appetites.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Proactive and results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proven successful sales record among clients.
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Pleasant, trustworthy, highly motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate Market.
  • A valid UAE Driver’s License will be a distinct advantage.
  • Ability to communicate in multiple languages will be an additional bonus.
