Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute comprehensive asset management strategies and business plans to optimize portfolio performance, preserve capital, and drive value creation
- Oversee underwriting assumptions, capital structures, joint venture relationships, and operational performance to turn financial projections into durable returns
- Drive technical due diligence and strategic risk mitigation across the portfolio, ensuring strict compliance and capital expenditure control
- Serve as the core interface between institutional investors, capital market partners, operators, and developers
- Leverage deep GCC real estate market fundamentals to advise on repositioning, restructuring, or disposition strategies
Requirements
- 12+ years of senior level experience in Real Estate Asset Management, Private Equity Real Estate (PERE), or Development Advisory, with a proven track record in the Middle East / GCC region
- Deep knowledge managing institutional grade assets across diverse sectors (Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Retail, or Mixed Use)
- Mastery of real estate financial modeling, capital structuring, risk evaluation, and asset lifecycle management
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline
- RICS or CFA qualifications are a distinct advantage

- They partner with top tier institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, and private developers to lead, de risk, and optimize complex, large scale capital projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Portfolio Oversight: Formulate and execute comprehensive asset management strategies and business plans to optimize portfolio performance, preserve capital, and drive value creation.
- Financial & Operational Discipline: Oversee underwriting assumptions, capital structures, joint venture relationships, and operational performance to turn financial projections into durable, real world returns.
- Risk & Lifecycle Governance: Drive technical due diligence and strategic risk mitigation across the portfolio, ensuring strict compliance and capital expenditure (CapEx) control.
- Investor & Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the core interface between institutional investors, capital market partners, operators, and developers to bring structure, control, and performance visibility to complex developments.
- Market Intelligence: Leverage deep GCC real estate market fundamentals (supply pipelines, migration trends, macro capital costs) to advise on repositioning, restructuring, or disposition strategies across market cycles.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 12+ years of senior level experience in Real Estate Asset Management, Private Equity Real Estate (PERE), or Development Advisory, with a proven track record in the Middle East / GCC region.
- Mindset: An institutional orientation combined with a hands on, entrepreneurial approach to navigating complex capital structures and multi stakeholder environments.
- Portfolio Expertise: Deep knowledge managing institutional grade assets across diverse sectors (Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Retail, or Mixed Use).
- Technical Acumen: Mastery of real estate financial modeling, capital structuring, risk evaluation, and asset lifecycle management.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline (RICS or CFA qualifications are a distinct advantage).
