Responsibilities
- Handle day to day administration related to lease agreements, tenancy renewals, rent collection tracking, and service charge documentation
- Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and estate agents
- Prepare and update property records
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and local regulations
- Manage maintenance requests and follow up with property management teams
- Schedule inspections
- Support lettings activities such as listing updates and appointment coordination
- Maintain accurate databases and prepare reports
- Respond to customer service inquiries
- Assist the wider team with operational and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Landlord/Tenant Matters and Lettings for residential and/or commercial properties
- Understanding of Estate Agents’ processes and coordination with brokerage teams and listing platforms
- Hands on experience in Property Management, including maintenance coordination, inspections, and documentation
- Proven Customer Service skills with the ability to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in administrative work, contracts, and data entry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Comfort with property management software, CRM systems, and MS Office tools
- Previous experience in real estate, property administration, or a similar role in Dubai or the wider region is preferred
- Ability to work on site in Dubai and collaborate effectively within a diverse, cross functional team
