Job purpose
Lead and take end-to-end accountability for global project delivery from order award through final completion.
Protect project margin and ensure on-time, on-quality delivery in line with the Target Operating Model.
Project delivery strategy
- Own end-to-end value stream performance from bid margin through final delivery cost.
- Translate awarded contracts into executable, resourced delivery plans across the global portfolio.
- Set global scheduling standards and delivery cadence across the project portfolio.
- Monitor project margin at completion against award and provide early visibility of margin erosion.
- Identify delivery risks and drive mitigation actions across cost, schedule, and client satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodology and tools.
Order-to-Cash and EPC interface
- Own the Order-to-Cash process from contract award through delivery completion.
- Act as the primary interface with EPC contractors and clients on schedule, scope, and technical delivery matters.
- Track milestone achievement and invoicing triggers so cash conversion keeps pace with physical progress.
- Coordinate with Finance on billing, collections milestones, and working-capital risks.
