Job Summary
Oversee site installation and project execution for storage and related project works.
Manage manpower, coordinate with clients and project teams, and complete projects safely, efficiently, and according to approved drawings and timelines.
Employment and Workplace
- The position is full-time.
- The stated work location is hybrid remote in Ajman, UAE.
- Travel to project sites is required as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and installation works.
- Manage site workers, manpower, tools, and materials.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, operations team, subcontractors, and client representatives.
- Monitor project progress and report site issues, delays, and material requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain daily progress reports.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and material handling.
- Coordinate final inspection, handover, and project completion activities.
- Prepare, collect, organize, and submit project completion and return documents.
- Maintain project records and support project closure and handover.
