Job Summary
We are looking for a Procurement Executive to manage our purchasing, vendor coordination, material delivery, and related documentation.
To work closely with clients, suppliers, sales teams, warehouses, and project sites to ensure materials and services are arranged and delivered efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Review BOQ and check warehouse stock before purchasing.
- Source reliable vendors and obtain quotations.
- Compare prices, quality and delivery terms and negotiate the best deals.
- Prepare purchase orders and coordinate approvals.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery and proper goods receiving.
- Coordinate with sales and site teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
- Arrange outsourced drivers/transportation when required and negotiate charges.
- Ensure sufficient labour, machinery and equipment are available for unloading.
- Coordinate additional site requirements such as machinery and transportation.
- Prepare delivery notes and related documents.
- Prepare proforma invoices and purchase-related documents.
- Coordinate advance payments and supplier invoices with Finance.
