Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects from order confirmation to completion.
- Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, workers, and site teams.
- Monitor site progress, deadlines, manpower, and materials.
- Follow up on procurement and ensure materials are available on time.
- Assign and follow up on workers' tasks.
- Handle site issues, delays, and urgent requirements.
- Provide regular project updates to management.
- Ensure proper communication between the office and site.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of project or site coordination experience.
