Role Overview
The role supports a construction project site through document control, reporting, and secretarial administration.
Responsibilities
- Control project documentation and ensure it meets formal requirements and required standards.
- Sort, store, and retrieve electronic and hard-copy project documents.
- Organize and distribute documents within the company using computer systems.
- Share documents at key times to support timely project completion.
- Perform project site secretarial work and prepare reports.
Requirements
- Construction company experience is required.
- Two years of experience as a document controller or project secretary is required.
- Two years of UAE experience is preferred.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 5,000 per month.
