Project Sales Engineer (742)

Requisition ID 742 - Posted JOB SUMMARY Responsible for conducting site inspections, providing technical training, and coordinating with clients.

Oversees the execution of gypsum works to ensure compliance with Mada’s proposals, resolves on-site technical issues, and delivers training to engineers and workers for accurate implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES Inspect executed gypsum and finishing works on-site and verify compliance with Mada’s proposals and project specifications.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily site activities to ensure work progress aligns with project schedules.

Resolve technical issues faced by site teams during execution and provide effective solutions.

Conduct training sessions for engineers and workers to ensure proper understanding and application of Mada’s proposals.

Review and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.

Monitor all stages of gypsum board installation and interior works to ensure correct execution and support the issuance of final work warranties.

Submit site visit reports and follow up on required documentation for the official handover of works.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards on-site.

JOB REQUIREMENTS / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in gypsum works and 8 years of experience in interior finishing projects.

Strong knowledge of gypsum board installation standards and technical drawings.

Proven ability to conduct site inspections and prepare technical reports.

Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients and site teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.

High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
