Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations and support strategic decision-making. The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all accounting and finance activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure the company's financial stability.
- Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations, VAT requirements, and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Establish and maintain internal controls, policies, and financial procedures.
- Monitor company expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
