- Efficiently quote all new jobs that are out for tender, determining if requested specifications are achievable
- Act as a liaison with vendors, contractors and internal staff
- Obtain RFQ’s from partners and coordinate the layout of specifications including electrical takeoffs from single line diagrams
- Assemble lighting and distribution information packages
- Negotiate with key suppliers to obtain project pricing
- Build brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences
Requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent organizational skills
- Prior quotations experience in a similar industry

What You Will Do With Us
- As the Project Quotations Specialist based in Mississauga, you will efficiently quote all new jobs that are out for tender, requiring the ability to determine if requested specifications are achievable and in line with both the requirements of our customer and for Westburne.
