The ideal candidate will have strong managerial experience, proven expertise in project planning, and a track record of handling villa or similar residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning department and manage a team of planners and engineers.
- Develop, implement, and monitor master schedules, baseline programs, and resource-loaded plans using
Primavera P6
- .
- Monitor overall project progress, identify risks, delays, and critical path activities, and propose corrective actions.
- Conduct

- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors on planning matters.
- Review and approve subcontractor schedules and track their performance.
- Support tender planning, including development of preliminary schedules and construction methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with contractual milestones, project deliverables, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly progress reports and dashboards to senior management.
- Lead planning meetings and provide strategic recommendations for schedule optimization and project recovery strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in
Civil Engineering

- Minimum
- 12–15 years of experience
- in planning & scheduling within
- construction contracting companies
- .
- **At least 5 years of managerial experience**
- leading planning teams.
- Proven experience in
- villa or residential construction projects
