Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer (IMS Specialist) to support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System across workshop and engineering services operations.

- Assist in implementing, maintaining, and improving IMS in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 29001 standards
- Support the development, review, and control of organizational policies, procedures, processes, and technical specifications
- Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring audit readiness and supporting timely closure of findings
- Track IMS action plans and ensure proper follow up, documentation, and closure of corrective actions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization programs across operations
- Maintain and update KPI dashboards, perform data analysis, and report performance trends to the QHSE Manager
- Coordinate and lead NCR meetings, ensuring effective root cause analysis and timely closure of actions
- Manage and track supplier NCRs, supporting SCM teams in vendor evaluation and development activities
- Ensure compliance with quality systems, documentation standards, and operational excellence requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline (preferred)
- Minimum 6 months to 5 years of experience in QA/QMS/IMS roles (Oil & Gas / Engineering Services preferred)
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 29001)
- Experience in NCR management, audits, CAPA, and KPI reporting
- Familiarity with supplier quality management and vendor development processes
- Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills

Overview
- We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced QA Engineer (IMS Specialist) to support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) across workshop and engineering services operations.
- The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with ISO standards, support audit activities, drive process improvements, and maintain high quality documentation and performance reporting across all quality systems.
