- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules for rail and transportation design projects
- Track project progress, milestones, deliverables, and resource utilization
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership and clients
- Support project managers in forecasting, risk identification, and schedule recovery plans
- Analyze project data and trends to identify efficiency improvements
- Utilize advanced Excel tools to develop reporting templates and automated workflows
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams to align schedules and deliverables
- Support implementation of Power BI dashboards and process automation initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in project planning and scheduling for rail or transportation design projects
- Proficiency in advanced Excel for reporting and tracking
- Ability to prepare project reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Experience with Power BI and process automation is a plus

Role Overview
- Seeking a Project Planner to join the Rail team in Dubai, UAE
- Support planning, scheduling, reporting, and performance monitoring of major rail and transportation design projects
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules for rail and transportation design projects
- Track project progress, milestones, deliverables, and resource utilization
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for project leadership and clients
- Support project managers in forecasting, risk identification, and schedule recovery plans
- Analyze project data and trends to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and performance
- Utilize advanced Excel tools to develop reporting templates, trackers, and automated workflows
