- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules for rail and transportation design projects
- Track project progress, milestones, deliverables, and resource utilization
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for project leadership and clients
- Support project managers in forecasting, risk identification, and schedule recovery plans
- Analyze project data and trends to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and performance
- Utilize advanced Excel tools to develop reporting templates, trackers, and automated workflows
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams to ensure alignment of project schedules and deliverables
- Support the implementation of Power BI dashboards and process automation initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related discipline
- 5–15 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in major design, infrastructure, transportation, or rail projects
- Experience working within multidisciplinary engineering consultancy environments
- Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling methodologies, and reporting practices
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Power BI is highly preferred

Role Overview

- The successful candidate will support the planning, scheduling, reporting, and performance monitoring of major rail and transportation design projects.
Key Responsibilities

Key Qualifications & Experience

- Experience working within multidisciplinary engineering consultancy environments.
- Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling methodologies, and reporting practices.
- Experience supporting large scale infrastructure or rail projects is highly desirable.
Skills & Knowledge
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of automation tools and process improvement techniques to streamline project reporting and controls.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced project environment.
