About the Role
SJ Group is inviting Expressions of Interest for a Land Surveyor to support construction supervision and engineering projects in KSA. The role involves performing land, topographic, and construction surveys, verifying site measurements, and ensuring works comply with approved plans.

Responsibilities
- Carry out land, topographic, and construction surveys in accordance with project requirements
- Verify site dimensions, levels, alignments, and coordinates for construction activities
- Establish and maintain survey control points and benchmarks
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications
- Monitor contractor surveying activities and verify accuracy of setting out works
- Prepare survey reports, records, sketches, and as built data
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders to resolve survey related issues
- Ensure survey equipment is properly calibrated and maintained
- Support preparation and verification of as built drawings and documentation
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 10 years of experience in land surveying, construction surveying, or engineering projects
- Proficiency in surveying instruments: Total Stations, GPS/GNSS equipment, and digital levels
- Experience with survey data processing and relevant software
- Strong understanding of surveying principles, standards, and construction practices
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
- GCC/KSA experience preferred
