About the Role
Dubai Insurance TPA seeks a Project Manager to plan, execute, and close projects within the PMO framework. The role requires 3+ years of structured project management experience, PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred, and strong coordination skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead end to end delivery of assigned projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and PMO standards
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risks and mitigation plans, RACI, budgets and resource forecasts
- Define project scope, deliverables, milestones and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and changes ensuring timely escalation and resolution
- Coordinate cross functional teams, clients and vendors to ensure efficient execution and accountability
- Monitor project performance using appropriate metrics and reporting mechanisms, provide regular status updates
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and approved budget while meeting quality expectations
- Facilitate project meetings and workshops as required
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication, issue resolution and decision facilitation
- Capture lessons learned and best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management tools, templates and methodologies within the PMO
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards and applicable regulatory or contractual requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience delivering projects in a structured project management environment
- Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe, AgilePM or equivalent preferred
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks and best practices
- Proven ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously
- Strong team coordination, problem solving, analytical and decision making capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including executive level reporting and presentations
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience managing end to end project delivery, cross functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Experience managing third party vendors, suppliers and other external partners

Job Purpose
- The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning, executing and closing projects in alignment with organizational strategy, scope, timeline, budget and quality standards.
- The role ensures effective coordination across cross functional teams, proactive risk and issue management, and clear stakeholder communication.
- The PM works within the PMO’s governance framework and contributes to continuous improvement of project management standards and practices.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably Business Administration Management, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks and best practices
- Proven ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously

- Strong facilitation and meeting management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including executive level reporting and presentations
- Relevant experience in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA or equivalent

Compensation
- Pay: AED18,000.00 AED20,000.00 per month
