About the Role
Dubai Insurance TPA seeks a Senior Installation Associate to manage complex account installations and renewals for large corporate and SME accounts. The role involves defining onboarding plans, tracking milestones, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful inception.

- Administer installation of assigned complex accounts including structure and billing set up, eligibility collection, data base loading, compliance data gathering, ID cards, and preparation of plan materials.
- Define, plan, orchestrate, and ensure successful onboarding of large corporate accounts or SME accounts via inception or renewal process.
- Lead large scale, complex inceptions and renewals involving multiple internal and external constituents and matrix partners.
- Define and track inception and renewal milestones, developing and maintaining an overall integrated delivery plan and roadmap.
- Directly manage all aspects of the inception and renewal life cycle and work with matrix partners to oversee all phases.
- Partner with business teams to manage scope and ensure commitments are achieved within agreed time and quality parameters.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in briefing key stakeholders on different aspects of assigned initiatives.
- Represent client’s intent in project governance and inter department forums; publish inception and renewal status/health reports.
- Chair weekly Core Team and monthly Operating Committee meetings to review progress with key constituents.
- Propose recommendations and adjustments to inceptions and renewals based on operational capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of sales support, client management or account installation experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology/Healthcare Insurance a PLUS

Job Purpose

Responsibilities and Duties
- Accountable for defining, planning, orchestrating, and ensuring the successful onboarding of large corporate accounts or SME accounts via the inception or renewal process.
- Leads large scale, complex inceptions and renewals often involving multiple internal and external constituents and matrix partners.
- Defines and tracks inception and renewal milestones, while developing and maintaining an overall integrated delivery plan and roadmap.
- Directly manages all aspects of the inception and renewal life cycle and works with matrix partners to oversee all phases.
- Partners with business teams to manage scope and to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed upon time and quality parameters.

- Responsible for partnering with broader Operations teams to ensure activities related to operational Readiness, including business support, eligibility, compliance contact center and claims are ready to service by clients effective date.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of sales support, client management or account installation experience
- Analytical Skills Must also be able to review data and identify any potential issues or discrepancies
- Strong project management skills
- Must be able to make recommendations which are supported by various data pulls
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; high level capacity to multitask independently and on a computer
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology/ Healthcare Insurance a PLUS
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently as well as a productive member of a team
- Exceptional organizational and time management focus
- Must be able to resolve problems presented by internal reports, customer service or other departments
Compensation
- Pay: AED7,500.00 AED8,500.00 per month
