- Identify and engage potential clients and corporate partners interested in implementing wellness programs.
- Conduct detailed assessments to understand client demographics, goals, and challenges.
- Design comprehensive yearly wellness programs tailored to each client's goals.
- Incorporate diverse activities such as workout sessions, yoga, boxing, medical checkups, workshops, and webinars.
- Implement measurable metrics to track program progress.
- Develop detailed breakdowns of wellness programs including cost analyses and pricing.
- Prepare and present program proposals and pitch to potential clients.
- Coordinate with vendors, instructors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Conduct one on one assessments with employees and guide them towards healthier lifestyles.
- Organize and facilitate onsite wellness activities including fitness classes and competitions.
- Plan and execute yearly events such as sports day and competitions.
- Create a calendar of activities aligned with international health observances.
Requirements
- Experience in wellness coaching, program design, and client pitching.
- Experience with insurance or TPA is preferred.
- Ability to conduct one on one assessments and guide employees towards healthier lifestyles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, instructors, and stakeholders.

Job Purpose
- We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Wellness Coaching Analyst.
- This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of health and well being both within our organization and through our W2W wellness program for external clients.
- The ideal candidate will be adept at planning and executing wellness activities for our employees, as well as designing, pitching, and managing wellness programs for our clients.
External Activities
- Identify and engage potential clients and corporate partners interested in implementing wellness programs for their employees.
- Conduct detailed assessments to understand the demographics, goals, and current challenges of each client and their employees.
- Design comprehensive yearly wellness programs tailored to align with each client's goals and preferences.
- Incorporate a diverse range of activities into the wellness programs, such as workout sessions, yoga classes, breathing exercises, boxing sessions, medical checkups, workshops, webinars, and more.
- Implement measurable metrics to track the progress of the wellness programs, such as monitoring obesity rates or other relevant health indicators.
- Develop detailed breakdowns of the wellness programs, including all activities and services offered.
- Conduct cost analyses and price the programs accordingly, considering the number of participants and the scope of services.
- Prepare and present program proposals, and pitch the wellness program to potential clients.
- Coordinate with vendors, instructors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of wellness activities.
Internal Activities
- Conduct one on one assessments with employees to gain insights into their current lifestyles, health status, and wellness goals.
- Guide employees towards healthier lifestyles based on their individual assessments.
- Organize and facilitate onsite wellness activities within the workplace, including workout sessions, team engagement competitions, and challenges.
- Conduct fitness classes and workout sessions during working hours.
- Plan and execute yearly events such as sports day and sports competitions.
- Create a calendar outlining activities corresponding to international health observances such as Mental Health Day, Women’s Health Day, Men’s Health Day, etc.
- Identify and reach out to potential instructors and speakers who can contribute to both internal and external wellness activities.
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and motivation to employees throughout their wellness journey.
Compensation
- Pay: AED11,000.00 AED13,000.00 per month
