A confidential company seeks a Russian-speaking Project Manager/Team Lead to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects in Dubai with travel to Turkey and the Middle East.

Responsibilities
- Form and manage full project management scope: goals, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, key deliverables
- Gather business, financial methodology, architecture, IT teams, local countries, and external integrators into a single loop
- Organize development and implementation of target process models in finance, procurement, sales, logistics, pricing, cost calculation, master data, and data governance
- Manage multi country implementation considering local accounting, tax, period close, and integrations with local systems
- Ensure creation of a replicable ERP template/blueprint scalable to new legal entities and countries
- Coordinate internal teams, PMO, architects, methodologists, and external contractors
- Manage integration with adjacent systems and ensure solutions are not a set of unrelated local modifications
- Prepare materials for steering committees/project committees, bring key decisions for approval, ensure project status transparency for management
- Help business formalize process owners, data owners, and decision making rules for changes
Requirements
- Experience managing large ERP implementation projects (Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O / D365 F&SCM) for 7+ years
- Experience working with external integrators and consulting partners
- Strong understanding of finance: management accounting, budgeting, cost, allocations, period close, group/local accounting
- Understanding of supply chain processes: procurement, import, foreign trade, warehouse, transport, goods movement, sales
- Experience in companies with high operational complexity: import, distribution, FMCG, retail, trading
- Strong stakeholder management skills: ability to negotiate with business, finance, IT, contractors, and steering committees
- Russian language proficiency (required for the role)
- English at working level
- Experience rolling out ERP template to new countries or legal entities (preferred)
- Experience in companies with distributed international structure (preferred)
- Microsoft Dynamics, PMP, PRINCE2 certifications (preferred)
- Experience in projects requiring methodology, process, and system architecture simultaneously (preferred)

Role Overview

Задачи
- Формировать и вести полный контур проектного управления: цели, план график, бюджет, риски, зависимости, контроль ключевых deliverables.
- Собирать в единый контур бизнес, финансовую методологию, архитектуру, ИТ команды, локальные страны и внешних интеграторов.
- Организовывать проработку и реализацию целевой модели процессов в областях: финансы и управленческий учет; закупки; продажи; логистика и товародвижение; ценообразование; расчет себестоимости; master data и data governance.
- Управлять multi country внедрением: учитывать особенности локального учета, налогов, закрытия периода и интеграций с местными системами.
- Обеспечивать создание тиражируемого ERP template / blueprint, пригодного для масштабирования на новые юрлица и страны.
- Координировать работу внутренних команд, PMO, архитекторов, методологов и внешних подрядчиков.
- Управлять интеграционным контуром со смежными системами и контролировать, чтобы решения не превращались в несвязанный набор локальных доработок.
- Готовить материалы для steering committees / проектных комитетов, выносить на согласование ключевые решения, обеспечивать прозрачность статуса проекта для руководства.
- Помогать бизнесу формализовывать владельцев процессов, владельцев данных и правила принятия решений по изменениям.

- Опыт управления крупными проектами внедрения ERP / Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O / D365 F&SCM от 7 лет.
- Опыт работы с внешними интеграторами и консалтинговыми партнерами.
- Уверенное понимание финансового блока: управленческий учет; бюджетирование; себестоимость; аллокации; закрытие периода; group/local accounting.
- Понимание процессов supply chain: закупки; импорт; ВЭД; склад; транспорт; товародвижение; продажи.
- Опыт работы в компаниях с высокой операционной сложностью: импорт, дистрибуция, FMCG, retail, trading.
- Сильные навыки stakeholder management: умение договариваться с бизнесом, финансами, ИТ, подрядчиками и руководящими комитетами.
Будет преимуществом
- Опыт rollout ERP шаблона на новые страны или юридические лица.
- Опыт внедрения в компаниях с распределенной международной структурой.
- Наличие сертификаций Microsoft Dynamics, PMP, PRINCE2 или аналогичных.
- Опыт в проектах, где одновременно нужно было выстраивать методологию, процессы и системную архитектуру.
- Понимание подходов fit gap / blueprint / solution design для крупных ERP программ.
- Английский язык на рабочем уровне.
