Role overview
Project Manager responsible for structural engineering, construction coordination, and project management activities.
The role covers new construction, renovation, redevelopment, and infrastructure projects.
Education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution is required.
- A Master's degree in Structural Engineering is an added advantage.
- Relevant professional certification or membership of an engineering body is preferred.
- The role requests 8–12 years of relevant experience in structural engineering, construction, and project management.
- Experience with large-scale RCC and structural steel projects is preferred.
Technical qualifications
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and construction practices.
- Knowledge of RCC structures, structural steel, foundations, concrete technology, reinforcement detailing, and formwork.
- Ability to interpret structural, architectural, civil, and MEP drawings.
- Knowledge of structural design codes, building codes, and construction standards.
- Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, estimation, BOQ preparation, tendering, procurement, and contract management.
- Knowledge of structural testing, quality control, inspection, and construction safety requirements.
