Role Overview
Project Coordinator role based in Mumbai supporting construction project delivery.
The role covers civil construction, MEP, fit-out, and coordination with project consultants.
Qualifications and Experience
- B.E. in Civil Engineering is required.
- M.Tech. and Structural Engineering courses are preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of construction-site experience is required.
- Project coordination experience within the construction industry is required.
- Experience leading project management teams across civil construction, MEP, and fit-out projects is required.
- Written and spoken knowledge of the local language is mandatory.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural design and construction is required.
- AutoCAD, computerized reporting, and MS Office knowledge are required.
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects are required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities and monitor schedules and milestones.
- Maintain contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports.
