Role Overview
The Project Manager oversees construction project management for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
The role covers large-scale, multidisciplinary projects from conception through completion.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required.
- A Master’s degree is preferred.
- The role requires 15–25 years of construction project management experience.
- Experience managing large-scale, multidisciplinary projects from conception to completion is required.
- PMP, PgMP, RICS, LEED, or equivalent certifications are advantageous.
Project Delivery
- Plan and schedule project activities according to PIMO timelines.
- Assist PIMO with timely work execution on site.
- Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
- Identify delays and initiate corrective action.
- Coordinate team members, contractors, and consultants to complete assigned work on schedule.
Reviews and Records
- Conduct project and design review meetings online or in the office when required.
