About the Role
Manage end-to-end delivery of scheme and regulatory mandate projects.
Collaborate with clients, vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to deliver medium- to large-sized initiatives.
Establish project scope, plans, resources, and monitoring processes while maintaining stakeholder confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from requirements consolidation and conceptualization through planning, execution, and delivery.
- Create and implement project plans within stipulated timelines and budgets.
- Manage vendors, documentation, communications, escalations, changes, risks, and stakeholder engagement.
- Build client partnerships and provide proactive solutions as a trusted advisor.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data security standards, and Visa and Mastercard mandates.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and client information.
- Provide project management support to internal initiatives and guide subordinate development.
Key Requirements
- Proven banking and financial services experience, including 7–8 years in the cards and payments domain.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
