About the Role
Mace is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale residential development in Dubai. You will manage contractors, oversee construction and fit-out phases, and ensure alignment with programme, cost, quality, and safety objectives.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end to end delivery of residential assets, ensuring alignment with programme, cost, quality, and safety objectives.
- Manage contractors and consultants through the construction and fit out phases.
- Support the Senior Project Manager in overseeing multiple project workstreams, maintaining clear reporting and governance.
- Drive programme performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the transition into and delivery of fit out works, ensuring quality standards and sequencing.
- Review contractor submissions, method statements, and progress reports.
- Facilitate coordination between construction, design, commercial, and logistics teams.
- Monitor site progress, conduct regular inspections, and ensure adherence to health & safety and quality standards.
- Support handover and closeout activities.
- Contribute to value engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within a PMC/consultancy environment, delivering residential or mixed use developments
- Strong experience in post contract delivery, including exposure to fit out stages of residential assets
- Demonstrable experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams on site
- Good understanding of construction sequencing, finishing stages, and handover processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness with ability to monitor progress against cost and programme
- Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval

You’ll Need To Have

- Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
- Good understanding of construction sequencing and handover.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial awareness.
- Experience in UAE essential.
