Responsibilities
- Lead projects from mobilization through to final handover
- Manage Project Engineers, site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and in house trades
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, and authorities throughout the project lifecycle
- Review drawings, resolve technical and commercial issues, and drive project execution
- Monitor project costs, procurement, variations, and cash flow
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, contractual, and company standards
- Prepare progress reports and provide regular project updates to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of UAE experience as a Project Manager with a renovation, fit out, or contracting company
- Proven experience managing villa construction, renovations, and interior fit out projects
- Strong understanding of UAE construction practices, authority approvals, and contract administration
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- UAE Driving License (required)
- Experience with project management software

Overview
- Revive Building Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team.
- As a G+4 contractor, we specialize in luxury villa and apartment renovations, interior fit out, landscape works, and in house joinery.
- We are looking for a strong leader who can take full ownership of projects, manage project teams, and ensure every project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from mobilization through to final handover.

- UAE Driving License (required).
- Experience with project management softwares.
