About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage day to day site operations from mobilization to handover
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and in house teams
- Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved
- Review drawings and resolve technical issues on site
- Prepare RFIs, material requests, inspections, and progress reports
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards
- Track project costs and assist with variations and procurement
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Project Engineer with a renovation/fit out/contracting company
- Experience in villa construction, renovations, and interior fit out (kitchen remodeling, flooring, bathroom renovations, extension, swimming pools, landscaping)
- Strong understanding of UAE construction practices and authority requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- UAE Driving License (required)
- Available to join immediately or within a short notice period is preferred

- We are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects, coordinate site activities, and ensure work is delivered to the highest quality, on time, and within budget.
