About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage renovation, fit out, landscaping, and swimming pool projects from inception through completion
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Lead and coordinate Project Engineers, Procurement, Estimation, Site Teams, Consultants, and Subcontractors
- Manage project schedules, procurement, budgets, variations, and overall project execution
- Liaise directly with clients and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate and manage authority approvals, NOCs, inspections, and compliance requirements with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Dubai Development Authority (DDA), and other relevant authorities
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai as a Project Manager within the renovation, fit out, and construction industry
- Proven experience managing premium residential villa and apartment renovations, commercial fit out projects, landscaping works, and swimming pool construction
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Strong site management and construction background
- Excellent knowledge of fit out, renovation, civil works, MEP, joinery, landscaping, and finishing works
- Strong understanding of project planning, procurement, budgeting, cost control, and project delivery
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Excellent leadership, communication, client management, and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)

Role Overview
