- Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) within the Transformation Office
- Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, standards, and methodologies
- Oversee end to end delivery of transformation programs and strategic initiatives
- Monitor performance, budgets, timelines, risks, and KPIs across the portfolio
- Provide consolidated reporting to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Manage resource planning and prioritization across projects
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery tools, systems, and methodologies
- Support and guide project managers to ensure consistent and high quality delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years in a PMO or Transformation Office role
- Strong knowledge of PMO governance, portfolio management, and delivery frameworks
- PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience in large scale transformation
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Open to Qatari nationals only

About the Role
- We are seeking a dynamic and highly capable PMO Manager to join our Transformation Office.
- This role plays a key part in ensuring transformation programs are well governed, aligned with national priorities, and delivered with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) within the Transformation Office.
