About the role
Lead bank-wide IT operational resilience initiatives for a leading Saudi banking client.
The role combines technology delivery and regulatory compliance across disaster recovery, BCM, cyber resilience, and continuity of critical business services.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of operational resilience projects across business and technology domains.
- Coordinate with Transformation Office, BCM, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Applications, Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit teams.
- Ensure alignment with SAMA operational resilience regulations and audit requirements.
- Manage resilience assessments, gap closures, DR drills, service continuity planning, and critical service mapping.
- Prepare steering committee reports, executive dashboards, and regulator evidence packs.
- Control project scope, budget, risks, dependencies, and vendor delivery.
