Interview Process & Recruitment Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Interview Process & Recruitment Coordinator to manage and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment and interview process between Jeel, staffing vendors, project teams, hiring managers, and customers.

The role will be responsible for ensuring timely resource fulfillment, smooth interview coordination, accurate recruitment tracking, vendor management, and onboarding readiness.

The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, communication, stakeholder management, and recruitment operations skills.

• Coordinate resource requests from Delivery Leads, Project Managers, Project Owners, and Customers, ensuring timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end interview process, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, vendor coordination, interview panel coordination, and feedback collection.
• Act as the primary point of contact between staffing vendors, hiring managers, project teams, and Customers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain and monitor candidate pipelines, interview schedules, hiring trackers, recruitment dashboards, and status reports.
• Follow up with all stakeholders to ensure timely completion of interviews, feedback, approvals, and hiring decisions.
• Coordinate candidate onboarding and mobilization activities, ensuring Day-1 readiness and smooth deployment to projects.
• Monitor staffing vendor performance against agreed SLAs, including candidate submission timelines, candidate quality, interview coordination, and fulfillment targets.
• Identify and escalate recruitment bottlenecks, delays, and risks, while coordinating with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation, approvals, interview records, candidate information, and staffing databases in accordance with organizational policies.
• Prepare regular recruitment status reports and hiring metrics for management, highlighting progress, risks, bottlenecks, and recommendations.
• Support workforce planning and project staffing activities by maintaining visibility of open requirements and recruitment progress.
• Build strong working relationships with vendors, hiring managers, project teams, and other stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, reduce turnaround times, and enhance the candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Ensure recruitment operations are efficient, well-documented, and aligned with project staffing requirements.

• Saudi Nationality is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment coordination, staffing coordination, talent acquisition operations, HR operations, or a similar role.
• Experience coordinating interviews and managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
• Experience working with recruitment agencies, staffing vendors, or external suppliers is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ATS, recruitment trackers, dashboards, or HR systems is preferred.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
