Delivery Manager - BT Technical Changes

We're hiring a Delivery Manager to own technical change delivery for a leading Saudi banking client — covering emergency fixes, production fixes, patches, upgrades, and infrastructure/network/security changes. This is an operational, production-facing role requiring tight change governance and SLA discipline in a live banking environment.

PMP or PRINCE2 certification

Proven experience managing production releases and emergency/urgent fixes under SLA pressure

Direct experience with change governance and implementation controls in a live production environment

ITIL certification

Prior experience in banking or other regulated production environments

Exposure to incident management alongside change management

Work on high-visibility, bank-wide resilience programs with direct regulatory impact
