CVM / Segmentation Head - Customer Value Management

We are hiring a Senior CVM / Segmentation Head to lead customer lifecycle management for a retail banking client, owning strategy across acquisition, cross-sell, retention, and win-back.

This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, data-driven decision making, and stakeholder leadership — responsible for driving customer value and revenue optimisation across the entire base.

• Own end-to-end CVM strategy across the customer lifecycle — acquisition, cross-sell, retention, and win-back
• Define and track KPIs for customer value, engagement, and revenue performance
• Design and execute commercial levers (pricing, offers, incentives) to optimise customer value
• Lead campaign design, execution, and experimentation (A/B testing, uplift modelling) to improve commercial outcomes
• Drive customer segmentation strategy to enable targeted, personalised interventions
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Data/Analytics, Product, and Finance to align on commercial priorities
• Manage stakeholder relationships at senior/leadership level, presenting strategy and results
• Lead and develop a team executing CVM initiatives (if applicable — confirm team size/structure)

• 8–10+ years of experience in CVM, growth strategy, retail banking, or customer lifecycle management
• Strong track record in pricing and revenue optimisation
• Proven experience owning commercial levers and campaign strategy end-to-end
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership engagement
• Leadership/people management experience
• Experience with segmentation frameworks and data-driven decision making

• Experience in retail banking specifically (vs. general retail products CVM)
• Familiarity with experimentation platforms and uplift modelling tools
• Exposure to CVM in a regional (MENA/KSA) market context
