About the Role
Penta Global Engineering seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale EPC projects in the Oil & Gas sector in the UAE. The role requires managing all project resources, ensuring contractual compliance, and overseeing budgets upward of $75 million.

Responsibilities
- Lead the management of the project, including direction and coordination of all project resources
- Coordinate all projects/sites activity with responsibility for execution in compliance with contractual requirements
- Ensure resource usage is optimized to achieve or exceed projected profit margins
- Coordinate mobilization team activities and establish communication channels
- Manage and coordinate resourcing requirements including staffing and plant
- Develop and establish project planning package and monitor progress against plan
- Liaise with staff to ensure project monitoring system is implemented and financial performance reviewed
- Provide resources and expertise on site for effective supervision and control of work
- Understand project insurance requirements and secure coverage
- Review Safety and QA/QC project plans with functional heads and submit to client
- Resolve contractual/legal matters and ensure appropriate action
- Monitor demobilization plans and facilitate workforce relocation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
- Minimum 20 years of experience and 10 years in managing large scale EPC projects in Oil & Gas sector in GCC or Middle East
- Strong background in onshore and offshore construction and commissioning
- Proven success in managing ADNOC or similar client projects in UAE or GCC
- Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills
- PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage
- Proficient in project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and ERP systems

Scope of Responsibilities
- Lead the management of the Project, including direction and coordination of all project resources, assuming entire responsibility to ensure construction meets all client contractual requirements in the most cost effective and efficient manner.
- Experience with managing projects upward of $75 Million.
Primary Duties
- Coordinate all projects/sites activity with responsibility for execution in compliance with contractual requirements.
- Ensure resource usage is optimized to achieve or exceed projected profit margins.
- Coordinate the work of the mobilization team to ensure all necessary activities are reviewed with actions assigned.
- Manage and coordinate resourcing requirements for respective project segments.
- Coordinate development of project planning package and mechanisms for monitoring progress.
- Liaise with staff to ensure project monitoring system is implemented and financial performance reviewed.
- Provide adequate resources and expertise on site for effective supervision and control.
- Understand project insurance requirements and initiate action to secure coverage.
- Review Safety and QA/QC project plans with functional heads and submit to client.
- Resolve contractual/legal matters and ensure appropriate action.
- Monitor demobilization plans and facilitate workforce relocation.
- Act as Company's official representative with clients, suppliers, partners and third party contractors.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 20 years of experience and 10 years in managing large scale EPC projects in Oil & Gas sector in GCC or Middle East.
- Strong background in onshore and offshore construction and commissioning.
- Proven success in managing ADNOC or similar client projects in UAE or GCC.
